Scanpan’s Classic cookware is robust for intense everyday use. These pots and pans utilize squeeze cast recycled aluminium as their foundation and have a lifetime warranty not to warp. The perfectly flat base has an optimum thickness (5.5 – 7.5 mm) for rapid heat distribution and superior heat retention, which in turn minimizes energy consumption.
Ceramic titanium is baked on to seal the surface which results in an extremely durable product that is ten times harder than steel. GREEN TEK non-stick coatings are also applied for a completely PFOA free product in ALL stages of the manufacturing process. Classic comes with unsurpassed non-stick cooking capabilities, whilst also being easy to clean.
The handles are fixed with a patented system that does not require screws, rivets or springs, and can tolerate oven temperatures up to 260 ºC.
