Click and Collect is a service available in four easy steps
1. Purchase a product online.
The below information will walk you through this process
- Choose your product preferences online by selecting the "Add to Cart" button.
- Once your selections have been determined select the "View Cart" button or the "Shopping Trolley" icon in the top right hand corner of the page.
- Modify the quantities as required and add any messages you wish to convey to us in the "Special Instructions" field.
- Your verified selections can then begin the payment process by clicking the blue "Checkout" button.
- Enter your Contact information or "Log in" if you already have an account.
- Continue to Shipping and select "Click and Collect" as the method
- Proceed by entering you Payment details and to finish select "Pay Now". You may be redirected to your payment providers website depending on the option chosen.
- Once payment details have been processed and finalized you will see a confirmation page with the order details.
2. Your order will be picked and if required transferred to our shop front location - 95 Forrest Avenue, South Bunbury WA 6230.
3. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be collected.
4. Collect in-store within 3 to 48 hours with proof of purchase (your invoice number) and photo identification.
Collection Processing Times
This will vary depending on whether or not, you have selected a Bulky Item (furniture) or Standard Item (kitchen and home wares) in your shopping cart.
Standard items
Usually within 3 hours but during busy periods please follow the guide line below
Order by 10am from Monday to Friday, collect after 3pm on the same day, excluding public holidays.
Order after 10am from Monday to Friday, collect on the next business day
Order on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, collect after two business days.
Bulky items (or a combination of both Standard and Bulky)
Order by 10am from Monday to Friday, collect after 3pm on the next day, excluding public holidays.
Order after 10am from Monday to Friday, collect after two business days.
Order on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, collect after two business days.
Can someone else collect my purchase
Yes.....provided you advise the full name of the person collecting your purchase. This can be done in the "Special Instructions" section whilst in the "Shopping Cart" when processing your transaction online or by sending us an email through the "Contact Us" page. The person collecting your purchase will be required to present their Photo ID and advise your invoice number.
