Delivery for Standard Items

Acquire only delivers within Australia and all prices are listed in Australian dollars.
There are two types of delivery methods Standard Delivery Items and Bulky Delivery Items.The delivery method utilized will depend on the type of item purchased.

If you have a combination of Standard and Bulky Items the "Bulky Delivery Method" will be used. If you wish to have two different delivery methods utilized, please process your products on seperate sales when shopping.

Standard Delivery Items

• Includes all kitchen and home wares
• Free delivery for all orders totaling $100 or more
• $10 flat rate postage fee for all orders under $100
• Delivery within 2-10 working days
• Orders are dispatched via Australia Post and are are issued with tracking numbers.

When shipping to a business address please ensure you specify both the business name and the contact person at the destination.
A tracking number will be provided via e-mail notification once your goods have been dispatched.
If no one is available at the address when delivery takes place a postal card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office at a later time.
Please contact us if you require a delivery quote for commercial or bulk ordering as they are excluded from the free freight over $100 offer.

Standard Delivery changes or Cancellations

It may be possible for you to cancel or change your order if your order has not left our warehouse. Please contact Acquire via our contact page and if cancellation or change remains possible, we will assist you.

Standard Delivery Time Frame

All orders are usually shipped within 24 business hours of receiving payment. In most cases we will send your order on the same day that you place it, if your order is placed before 2pm AWST.  Please note that we are not able to ship orders on weekends and public holidays.

After your order has been dispatched a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided, with an Australian eParcel tracking number. You can track the shipping status of your order at Australia Post  https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Estimated delivery time within Australia is approximately 2 to 10 business days. Estimated times are to be used as a guide depending on your location and the availability of stock. Whilst we endeavor to fulfill all orders, please note some items may not be available at time of dispatch. Your credit card will be refunded for items not available at time of dispatch. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your products to you within the estimated delivery time; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact Acquire via our contact page.

Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery. If you have specified a recipient who is not you, for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by a person who identifies themselves as that person at that delivery address, is evidence of delivery to you and fulfillment by us of our responsibility.
