FURNITURE GOODS
Protect all hard floor surfaces from impact damge by applying felt to any contact points.
Lift and place if moving or transporting goods - do not drag or slide.
Once unit is in place it is esential to adjust central leg supports for even weight distribution
If your floors are not level, adjust feet accordingly, if they are adjustable or apply additional felt.
Ensure all foot supports are extended to sit flush with the floor.
Once your furniture is level, doors may need to be aligned with the below adjustments.

How to Adjust a Hinge

Left and Right Adjustments
This is the most common adjustment required
Use screw 1 to adjust the doors from side to side.
Turning the screw in a clockwise direction moves the door closer to the edge of the cabinet.
You can adjust both the top and bottom hinge to move the doors closer together or further apart

Up and Down Adjustments
If you loosen screws 2 & 4 the hinge backplate can be moved up or downwards.
Its worth remembering though that with these two screws loosened that the door may drop slightly, therefore its worth supporting the weight of the door while you carry out this adjustment.

Front to Back Adjustments
You can adjust the gap between the back of the door and the cabinet by adjusting screw 3.
What this does is to physically move the door forwards or backwards, enabling you to get an even gap, down the whole length of the door.
Having this gap too small is the most common cause of kitchen doors not closing fully – whereby the back of the door binds on the cabinet, preventing it from closing properly.
Increasing the gap slightly should prevent this.

Ensure Children are Kept Safe
Attach, mount, bolt or otherwise secure furniture to walls and floors.
Do not put heavy items on top shelves of bookcases.
Place televisions at the back of cabinets or secure them to the wall.
Discourage small children from climbing on furniture.

Do not place unstable furniture near where children play.
Put locking devices on all drawers to prevent children opening

Surface treatments can be conducted as you would with Raw Wooden Furniture.
If you wish to re-new the lime wash process please note that oil based top coats may cause the surface to yellow over time

Brass, Copper and Galvanized Furniture
The use of any acid and bases such as vinegar, lemon juice and ammonia as will most likely mark or stain.
As will the use of heatted objects like pans. It is highly recommended to buffer with coasters instead.
Likewise sharp objects may scratch the surface so when in use always protect with a table cloth.
Never place electrical appliances on these surfaces.
Clean up any spills as soon as possible to avoid marks.
Use a damp cloth to clean all surfaces followed by a dry cloth.

LEATHER
No matter what the kind and quality of leather, you need to follow these particular steps--cleaning, conditioning and protecting--in the essential cleaning and maintenance process that will help make your leather last.

Clean
Choosing the correct cleaning agent for your leather product is of utmost importance. Never use saddle soaps, oils, all-purpose cleaners or solvents. The cleaner should conserve the natural lubrication oils present in the leather, as opposed to depleting them. It should clean and moisturize at the same time, without leaving behind any oily deposit that tends to attract bacteria. A cleaner labeled specifically for leather is safest. Once you decide on a cleaning agent, test its effects on an area of the leather product that will not show, in case it leads to discoloring or spoiling of texture. Once the agent is deemed safe, dab a moist cloth in it; rub the leather gently with the cloth. Some cleaners might come with application brushes, which are particularly useful for areas with stitching on them.

Condition
Though leather conditioners are not required in the day-to-day care regime of leather products, they are nonetheless beneficial because of the fats and oils they contain. These aid in lubrication of the leather and make it more supple. Though you need to look for a conditioner that will be strong enough to go deep into the leather fiber to let the oils seep in properly, be careful to avoid products that contain mineral oils or petrol by-products, which will damage leather over time.

Protect
Though moisture-resistant coatings fill leather pores with grease and stifle the leather, application is important to maintaining the product for a long period of time. Such coatings, applied once a month when the item is in use and less frequently when it is not, will protect the leather from water hazards and prevent spouting and stiffness. Do not use silicon or wax products on leather. These clog the breathing pores of the item and prevent nourishment from reaching the fiber.

General Measures
Stains resulting from food or blood can be eliminated with a damp cloth rub, while oil and grease stains are known to be removed with regular chalk. Keep your leather goods away from pollution, smoke or cooking fumes, because these can cause color changes

The aluminium core is superior in retaining heat, simply leave the pan on a medium heat setting for a little longer before adding the ingredients to cook. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan with hot soapy water, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
Whilst dishwasher safe, we only recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.

INCORRECT USE
